Refund Policy - the basics

Honey:

If your order arrives damaged or you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement — your choice. No questions asked.

Queens:

We guarantee every queen ships healthy and viable. If a queen arrives dead or fails to lay within 7 days of correct introduction, contact us and we will work toward a fair resolution. We cannot guarantee queens after they have been released into a hive as conditions after introduction are outside our control.

Nucleus Colonies:

All nucs are inspected before pickup and sold as-is at time of transfer. Once a nuc leaves our apiary it becomes the buyer's responsibility. We are happy to answer questions and provide guidance after purchase.

Queen Cells:

Queen cells are sold as-is. We cannot guarantee viability after they leave our apiary.
