1. General By visiting or purchasing from luckybeeapiary.com you agree to these terms. Lucky Bee Apiary is a family-owned business located in Monroe, North Carolina.
2. Products & Availability All products are subject to availability. Nucleus colonies and queens are seasonal and require advance reservation. We reserve the right to cancel orders if stock is unavailable and will issue a full refund in that case.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order price is locked at the time of purchase.
4. Live Bee Sales All live bees including nucs, queens, and queen cells are sold as-is at time of pickup or shipment. Once live bees leave our apiary they become the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for losses due to improper introduction, handling, or management after purchase.
5. Shipping Honey ships via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Queens ship overnight only Monday through Wednesday. Nucleus colonies are pickup only and cannot be shipped.
6. Payments We accept all major credit cards through our secure online payment processor. In-person purchases may be made by cash or card.
